2004 was a year of restructuring for APCA.  The association was dissolved during 2004 and some of its activities privatised under a new entity called the Asia Pacific Countertrade Association Pte Ltd, or APCA for short.  As a result of the delay in the dissolution and privatisation processes, APCA 2004 could not take place.
